Maxine is fantastic and highly recommended. She has a vast array of songs to choose from, but is also willing and able to learn other pieces if needed. She even checked my colour scheme to make sure her outfit was in keeping with our day. Hearing her play so beautifully was a wonderful addition to our ceremony and wedding breakfast.

Maxine performed during a black tie dinner in celebration of my wife's 60th birthday. The music was exquisite, and despite a minor drama (smoke alarm activated by caterer) the evening was a huge success with our guests wowed by the wonderful ambiance Maxine helped to create. Maxine played the harp during our wedding ceremony. She perfectly set the atmosphere and really delivered on our request for a romantic and intimate ceremony. In the build up to the big day Maxine was professional and friendly at every step, working with us to choose the perfect songs for the day, even giving us live demos of each song over Facetime to know exactly what to expect! Can't recommend her highly enough.
Maxine is an excellent harp teacher. The lessons are fun as well as good for technique .We learn many different types of music from as many eras as you can think of.
Maxine was absolutely incredible. She played at our wedding ceremony in our church and then also at our wedding breakfast. She created a beautiful atmosphere for both and the range of songs which she can play is absolutely phenomenal. We had originally booked just for the ceremony but decided to add on the wedding breakfast later and I am so glad we did, our guests absolutely loved it. She is really professionally and also approachable, a particular 4 year old was mesmerised watching Maxine play and Maxine was really welcoming to her which was so lovely. Booked Maxine for our wedding in August. She's very efficient. Always comes back to us straight away, we had a FaceTime meeting with her and she did some some suggestions on the harp for us whilst we was on FaceTime! Looking forward to her playing on the big day!

Maxine was our harpist at our wedding. She created a great atmosphere and played a hour before the ceremony to welcome the guests, at the ceremony and at the drinks reception. Maxine was very accommodating with our song choices as it was mostly pop songs. Would highly recommend.

We invited Maxine to play at out daughters graduation party and she added class and sophistication to the proceedings. When we spoke to our guests after the party they all commented that she was the star of the show (even though this wasn't intentional). Highly recommended for any discerning host of a party, wedding, etc.
We hired Maxine to play during our wedding ceremony and we were not disappointed. The beautiful rendition of fields of gold added a certain magic to the day. Maxine is extremely talented and very professional and we were so impressed with what she delivered during the wedding that we asked her to play at my dads funeral. She played "I am Sailing" and it was amazing and caused shivers down my spine. I know my dad will have been proud and everyone commented how wonderful she was. I would certainly reccommend booking Maxine to play at any special event. I know that I will be booking her again. 😍
We were lucky enough to have Maxine play at our wedding in November and I have to say she really made our day that extra bit special. It was a real joy, she plays so beautifully.
